Description
My Journey – Writing Poetry with Victoria Adukwei Bulley
My Journey…
To celebrate five years of REWRITE, we are bringing together Black women and women of colour writers and poets from around the globe for a series of specially curated talks.
From authors of children’s books to poets, each guest will walk us through their routes from draft to publication, and answer questions such as: How are they motivated to write? What challenges (if any) did they face on the path to publication? How to pursue a writing career whilst having a full-time job and/or a family? And more!
Our mission at REWRITE is to support writers at all stages of their development, we hope that through sharing their own experiences, you’ll be inspired to (re)ignite your creative spark as you embark on your own writing journey. The ‘My Journey Through’ series will take place via Zoom, and is open to Black women and women of colour writers and readers around the globe.
